Niche Developments is led by Paul Muir, Managing Director, who brings over 23 years of experience across tier-one construction leadership and large-scale property development.
His career includes senior roles at Aveng Grinaker-LTA and Liviero Building, where he managed complex commercial, retail, medical, industrial, and infrastructure projects ranging from R30 million to over R1.9 billion.
He later transitioned into property development leadership, overseeing land acquisition, rezoning, feasibility modelling, funding structuring, and delivery of developments valued between R800 million and R1.5 billion.
